Provision of Sponsorship Management Services

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council wishes to introduce a sponsorship scheme on roundabouts and footbridges, and seek tenders from suitably experienced organisations to provide a sponsorship management service. The successful service provider is required to work in partnership with the Council to seek and secure maximum sponsorship from organisations for advertising returns, initially on the items and locations listed in the tender documentation. At present the Council has a portfolio of twenty six sites (17 roundabouts and 9 footbridges) strategically selected within the County Borough. The full portfolio of sites will be finalised after the tender process in consultation with the successful organisation and will form part of the final contract.In return for the right of advertising on each structure identified, the service provider will agree to pay the Council a fixed / guaranteed sum per structure per annum and a percentage of the net advertising revenue received by the service provider.The Agreement will be for a 3 year period (with an option to extend for a further 12 months) with an anticipated start date of 4th April 2011.Neath Port Talbot CBC will be conducting this procurement through the Etenderwales Portal (https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk).Instructions of how to participate in the tender process are included below in the 'additional information' section.
