Provision of Student Counselling Services , The University requires telephone advice, information, support and counselling by appropriately qualified professionals to be available to all students on a ‘freephone’ number, 24 hours a day for the duration of the contract on any issue raised by the student. This helpline should also be the primary source of emotional support for students outside normal university working hours and holiday periods. Critical incident responses within the university will also be requested via the helpline outside normal university opening hours. , The original Contract was for four years ending on 31.08.2021, however a continutation is required of the current contract up until 31.12.2021 to allow time to Tender the existing Requirement.
