Support is sought to a small Ministry of Defence (MOD) team to carry out a short, high level, requirements definition and options evaluation study to develop a recommendation for how data science might be delivered as a service to MOD to exploit this transformation. This might be as a Data Science “Centre” constructed as a Joint Venture between MOD and the private sector, or a more straightforward contract for services, or another option.
