Provision of Supported Living Care Services for Adult Service Users with Learning Disabilities

A review has been undertaken in partnership with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) and Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (BGCBC) to identify a service model of care that meets the needs of service users within the ABUHB Learning Disabilities Residential Services.
