Tailoring services. Naval Base Commander (Portsmouth) has a requirement to set up a Framework Agreement for the provision of Tailoring Services on site at HMNB Portsmouth. The Tailoring Services required will include, but are not limited to, alterations, adjustments, sewing and removal of badges/ribbons and rebraiding, measuring for made-to-measure uniforms and other tailoring services.The demanding Authority under the Framework Agreement will be the Uniform Clothing Store at HMS Nelson.
