Cadw the Welsh Government’s historic environment service is responsible for the conservation, preservation and presentation of 129 sites throughout Wales. Included in this estate is Castell Coch, the enchanting Victorian fairytale castle 5 miles outside of Cardiff.The Ground Floor of the Keep Tower within Castell Coch houses an established tea room with seating for up to 26 visitors. Cadw requires an operator with appropriate expertise to undertake the running of the tea-room from on or about 1 April 2014.
