The intention of this contract is to provide Tenancy Management for the SHALD project. The scope will include: •Support to mobilise the operational service model. •Tenancy management •Customer Care •Rent, Service and Ancillary Charges Collection and Arrears Recovery (any actual rental loss will be borne by the Council). •Lettings and Terminations •Periodic Fixed term tenancy reviews •Reporting, Monitoring and Tenant Engagement/Consultation Requirements •ICT Requirements • Service and any ancillary charge setting (assistance and expertise in helping the Council setting up initial charges and part or full furnished tenancies would be required)
