Provision of the All Wales Domestic Abuse Helpline

The Welsh Assembly Government on behalf of the Welsh Ministers wishes to contract for the All Wales Domestic Abuse helpline for a period of 36 months, with an option to extend for 12 months. The current provision is due to end on the 31 March 2011 and the successful contractor will need to be able to provide the service from 1 April 2011. A handover period maybe required to ensure a seamless transfer to a new provider.The aim of the service is to provide an all Wales Domestic Abuse Helpline that offers high quality information and support to those experiencing domestic abuse, and or sexual violence and to those contacting the service on their behalf.The Welsh Assembly Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, will be conducting this procurement exercise through the etenderwales portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk.
