Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council wishes to commission the Construction Programme element of the Welsh European Funding Office, Convergence Project called Bridges into Work.The project aims to engage, support and prepare economically inactive participants, including those that are unemployed or on incapacity benefit, in the most deprived areas, to acquire the appropriate skills to become job ready, and to allow participants to access a specific vocational training sector that will enhance their chances of securing employment within the industry.A key requirement will be to demonstrate and provide match funding for the project.
