Newport City Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) on behalf of the Gwent Substance Use Area Planning Board (hereinafter Gwent APB) invites tenders to establish the provision of a: -- Children and Young Person’s Specialist Substance Use Service in Gwent (Lot 1)- Gwent-wide Drug and Alcohol Family and Carer’s Support Service (Lot 2)Suppliers must bid for both Lots.
