Swansea Council are open to consider different innovative models of upskilling and enabling professionals to deliver online sessions more effectively.Intended outcomes of the contract are:-1.Delivery of sessions to 200 staff members both internal and external to the authority2.Increased skills across the workforce including local authority and Third Sector3.Improved confidence of individuals to deliver sessions online4.Improved knowledge of all the elements required to deliver online including different hardware (e.g. I-Pads, Laptops, Cameras) and packages (Zoom, Teams, etc) and their limitations/concerns and functionality5.Improvement in learners' technical abilities6.Opportunities provided for learners to share ideas, questions, concerns, and suggestions7.Examples of what types of sessions can be delivered online (including 121 and group)8.Examples of delivery styles online (e.g. presenting, interactive, etc)9.Provided with hints, tips, and tricks of being an effective online deliverer10.Shown how online sessions can be made more engaging and interactive11.Given assistance on applying the learning gained and how to tailor it for different abilities, ages, and learning styles, etc.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=105225.
