Provision of Translation and Interpretation Services

Blackpool Council is looking for a single service provider to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service, offering advisory and administrative support. This support should be available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. They will be required to provide the following services: • Face to face Interpretation Services - spoken • Face to face interpretation services - non-spoken • Telephone and Video interpretation services - spoken • Video interpretation services - non-spoken • Translation services (technical/non-technical, pence per word) • Translation services • Translation and Transcription Additional Services (e.g. Braille) In addition to the services listed above, Blackpool Council may require other services, such as-but not limited to-analytical services, consultancy advice, and support. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st June 2025 to 31st May 2027, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1 + 1 years (subject to contract review and budget availability).
