Specialist consultancy for the Typhoon FSOM Support. Typhoon FSOM is one of the largest, most complex high value contract re-negotiations in Typhoon's history. It not only aims to review the established European support construct, but it aims to re-define the relationship between the MoD and BAES. It aims to establish the support construct that will deliver Typhoon outputs until Out of Service Date (OSD). This unprecedented programme places a significant burden on the MoD to manage, design, develop, assure, negotiate and gain approval for the solution. The technical challenge in delivering a national and multi-national solution and negotiation requires a level of effort which is well beyond business as usual, or even surge to deliver traditional contract negotiations.Specific knowledge of the Typhoon industrial construct and relationships with the FSOM industrial partners (BAES and Selex) is required to support the development and delivery of the FSOM strategy, the FSOM support solution design and contract negotiation.
