Warwickshire County Council have run a procurement exercise to replace its current ISDN and VOIP platform and in the process incorporate unified communications functionality. The most important requirement is enabling users to be contacted by multiple means while only publishing one number. This will support the Council's Smarter Working agenda where users can work flexibly and can choose how to be accessible, where and on which device.
