Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) invites you to submit a Tender for the Works Associated with the Provision of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems to Coety Primary School.As an overview, the Works include, but is not limited to the following:a) The supply, delivery, and installation of Nine (9) Split Air-conditioning Systems in ground and first floor offices,b) The supply, delivery and installation of Six (6) Natural Ventilation Units on the ground floor in classrooms 0.40, 0.45 and 0.47.c) The alteration to One (1) Mechanical Ventilation System on the ground floor in classroom 0.57.d) The supply, delivery and installation of Five (5) replacement windows on the ground floor in classrooms 0.47, 0.45, 0.47 and alteration to an existing window in lobby 0.48.e) The supply, delivery and installation of Six (6) Natural Ventilation Units in the roof over the first floor classrooms 1.18, 1.33, 1.35, 1.40, 1,42 and 1.47.f) The supply, delivery and installation of power and control wiring for the air-conditioning units, natural ventilation units.g) The scope of the works shall include taking down and re-instating false ceiling tiles and all necessary building materials, fixings, etc., and everything necessary to provide a complete installation.Contract Terms and Conditions: JCT (Minor Works) Building Contract - 2016.
