Prosiect Gwyrdd is a partnership between Caerphilly County Borough Council, City and County of Cardiff, Monmouthshire County Council, Newport City Council and the Vale of Glamorgan to procure waste treatment facilities for their residual municipal waste. For the purpose of this tender, the requirement is to appoint a specialist waste technical advisory service provider. to provide advice and support to the Partnership during the Competitive Dialogue procurement process to award of contract. There will also be a requirement to undertake waste flow modelling.The contractual relationship will be with Cardiff Council as Lead Authority during the procurement process.
