This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award made by the Contracting Authority; Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board, (hereinafter referred to as "the Authority") in compliance with their local standing financial instructions (SFIs). NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board were seeking a capable provider for the delivery of website development and maintenance services. This service will be delivered in two phases: Phase 1 - -A single external website in place of the two existing websites for the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (a partnership website) and the Integrated Care Board (the organisational website) with the appropriate redirects set-up from previous websites. -An internal staff intranet Phase 2 (subject to funding being identified) - -Additional websites to be brought into the organisation's 'ecosystem' with a particular focus on health and care training websites. Working with a health and care workforce of staff working, for organisations in primary care (general practice, dentists, opticians and community pharmacies), community health services, mental health, autism and learning disability services, and hospitals, the Authority serves a population of 1.6 million people. The contract award is made to Mixd for the provision of Website Development services across Hertfordshire and West Essex. The contract term is 60 months (with the option to extend by a further 24 months), commencing 1st February 2024 and expiring on 31st January 2029, at a total aggregate Contract Value of £126,024.00 (inc. VAT) without extension. The total aggregate contract value with extension is £153,624.00 (inc. VAT). The Authority is publishing this Contract Award Notice in the Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £30,000.
