Provision of Window Cleaning & Associated Cleans at Ty Penallta

Caerphilly County Borough Council invite tenders for the provision of window cleaning & associated cleans at Ty Penallta which are the Civic offices based in Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, CF82 7PG.The extent of the contract includes but is not restricted to the external and part internal cleaning of windows along with cleaning of lights, high level dusting and high level cleaning of steel work. The glazing on the roof and brise soliel around the outside of the building will also be required to be cleaned.Please note Ty Penallta is a five storey building which will require cleaning to very high level areas. It is important therefore that tenderers visit the site prior to tendering to fully understand the areas of cleaning and the high level access implications in order to meet the specification requirements.
