Provison of Energy Performance Certificate framework for Domestic dwellings

This is potentially a two year framework contract to ensure compliance with The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Directive 2007 (the Legislation). For all domestic dwellings which require an EPC, an accredited Energy Assessor will produce the EPC in accordance with the legislation. The Council need to provide an EPC for any domestic buildings it leases to new tenants and for any Council buildings that are sold through Right to Buy.
