** Please note this is not a call for competition, this is a PIN notice for an Department for Business and Trade (DBT) requirement ** The Department for Business and Trade (DBT), will be holding a virtual Pre-Market Engagement Event on the Mapping Product Regulations to Trade and Production Dictionaries. The Supplier Pre-Market Engagement Event is due to take place Tuesday, 27th June 2023 at 13:00 - 14:00 via Microsoft Teams. The Supplier engagement will last approximately 60 minutes. An agenda for the session has been provided below: Introductions DBT Commercial OPSS / TING Background Project overview (context, aims, objectives, and project timeline) Suggested project methodology UKSBS: Procurement process Discussion and Q&A By registering and attending you will be engaging in non-competitive dialogue which will enable DBT to develop and assess the market's appetite, concerns, and views on formulation of its requirements. DBT may consider the information and responses received as part of the preliminary market consultant to help inform the specification and further decision making in relation to the planning and conduct of the proposed procurement, ensuring all valid options are considered. Any information supplied as part of the Supplier Pre-Market Engagement Event shall not place any Supplier at an advantage in a potential procurement process. Attendance is restricted to 3 individuals per organisation. We would request that attendance is restricted to key members of your organisation that would have a keen interest in this project and be able to add value to the discussions that will take place.
