***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 Research & Insights DPS Brief Description of Requirement In October 2022, Innovate UK (IUK) launched the £60m place-based net zero programme, Net Zero Living, to be delivered from financial years 2022/23 to 2025/26 in recognition of the scale of transformation that is required in the places we live and work. The 3-year programme is designed to ensure UK places and communities thrive in their transition to net zero. This tender is for the procurement of the services of an evaluation partner to support the delivery of the Net Zero Living programme by establishing a comprehensive impact evaluation framework and baseline evaluation report which are essential for the success of the programme's delivery.
