The University of Sheffield wishes to appoint a company to provide the print and fulfilment of the university Alumni Magazine Package. The Alumni Magazine Package consists of 1 magazine, 2 questionnaires, 2 outer envelopes, 3 return envelopes, a fundraising flyer, a carrier sheet and a membership card. The services to be provided broadly cover: Print and fulfilment of the University's annual alumni magazine as detailed below: -Print the alumni magazine. -Print fundraising flyer. -Print alumni and non-alumni questionnaires. -Print alumni membership card letter/questionnaire with degradable or recycled card and carrier sheet. -Print pre-paid return envelope (for use in the UK). -Print return envelope for US. -Print return envelope for overseas. -Print paperwrap/outer delivery envelope for UK and overseas. -Print paperwrap/outer delivery envelope for US. -Collate magazine and inserts dependant on specific segmentations. -Distribute to all addressees in UK and overseas (data provided by the University).
