**PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE** The PSNI is preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract for the provision of 24/7 custody healthcare, in accordance with Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order, Codes of Practice C (PACE), which sets out the statutory requirement for clinical treatment and attention for detainees’.
