1.1The Client, Newport City Council and Newport Unlimited (hereinafter referred to as "the clients") invite tenders for the Public Relations Agency support for 2010 and possibly a further three years.1.2The Client are seeking to engage in a partnership with persons or organisation that can provide expertise in Public Relations, in particular those with specific experience in regeneration and specific event profiling.1.3The contract duration will be for 12 months, commencing 1st February 2010 with the option to extend for up to 25 months, to 31st March 2013.
