PURCH2090 PROVISION OF SCREENING OF DNA ENCODED LIBRARY The Fuller lab based at the University of Glasgow investigates molecular mechanisms behind regulation of membrane transport in the heart, with a long-term objective to identify new targets and new molecules to treat heart failure. Ongoing research projects have identified a small region of one membrane transporter that functions as an ‘off switch’ for this transporter. We need to identify lead drug-like molecules that bind to this region of the transporter, which will be characterised using in-house experimental models.
