The current passenger lift was installed as new when the building was constructed in the early 1980’s and has been in use since 1983.We would like to invite submissions from suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide and install a new passenger lift with a rated load of 1125kg, capable of carrying up to 15 persons Speed 1.00 m/s, Traction gearless elevator Drive Power 7.70 KW Control 1KS (collective selective based on the following specification, an following an onsite survey:1The removal of the existing lift, enabling works to the shaft, supply and install machine roomless lift,2Make good around the entrances, test, commission and handover that should include on site staff training to cover evacuation of the carried in the event of an emergency.
