South Wales Fire & Rescue Service is seeking to introduce an inclement weather PPE comprising of a jacket and trousers that is 100% waterproof and breathable.The PPE is primarily for use during spate inclement conditions. It will be worn in conjunction with a crew-saver lifejacket and if necessary can be worn over fire kit for extra insulation against the cold.
