Cwm Taf Local Health Board are Tendering for a one off Purchase of various Surgical instruments. The tender will be award in lots with the ablility to award each Lot to seperate suppliers.The instruments must conform to the following stds:- BS EN ISO 7153-1:2001 Surgical Instruments, Metallic Materials Part 1: Stainless Steel, BS 5194-2:1989 - Specification for instruments with pivot joints, BS 5194-3:1985 Specification for dissecting forceps, BS5194-4:1985 Specification for scissors, shears and other jointed cutting instruments.If you do not confirm to the above you will be eliminated from the process.The instruments will also be tested through multiple vigorous Sterlisation processes which will be scored as a pass or fail (fail meaning you will be eliminated from the process).The Tender is currently Live on Bravo E-Tender Wales on the below linkhttps://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtmlYou will find this under the below Tender reference numberITT: itt_41032Closing date of the Tender is 3rd December 2013 @ 12:00You will also be required to provide samples of each instrument by 3rd December 2013 @ 12:00
