This contract is for a combined Library concierge/ security service for the UEA campus Library in Norwich. The service is predominantly required outside of core staffed hours, including overnight, weekends and Bank Holidays. This is not a standard security contract. The Library is a 24/7 working building and the contract requires staff to be based at the Library Reception/ Welcome desk supporting all users of the Library, answering basic customer queries and dealing with various Library and IT-related administrative tasks as well as patrolling the building. Staff assigned to this contract therefore need to be numerate and literate, and have good interpersonal and customer care skills.
