The University of East Anglia Library is a 24/7, 365 working environment, the continued provision of a customer focused 24/7 service is important in maintaining the reputation of both the library and the University. This contract is for a combined Library concierge/ security service for the University Campus Library outside of the Library Staff contracted hours. The Library covers almost 8 000 square metres over 6 floors, at busy times there can be well over 400 people working in the building at any time during hours when the supplier will be on-duty.
