It is the intention of this framework to facilitate and enable publicly funded (in whole or in part) organisations to secure Quality, Assurance and Governance Services. This Framework will support Contracting Authorities with advice and support for their current day to day activities against quality, assurance and governance needs, ensuring cost effective value for money services.This framework will provide consultancy services for all existing and/or future state of publicly funded services provided by Beneficiaries of this Framework, as identified and detailed in the Tender documentation. Additionally it is intended that this Framework will support the evolving and developing landscape of publicly funded organisations by including any successor organisations to those detailed in the tender documentation.Awards under the Framework can be: Direct Award — without reopening competition, Partly — with reopening and without reopening competition, or through reopening competition.
