The Ombudsman require a quality assurance (QA) partner to aid us with creating an initial work plan and then to validate the system integrators build work. This is to aid with the replacement of our current core business platform (CBP).The Ombudsman is undertaking an appointment via the ‘negotiated procedure without prior publication’ on the grounds that the service can only be supplied by Microsoft for technical reasons.
