Quality Report Development for Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board

Descriptions

Mid & South Essex Integrated Care Board (MSE ICB) require a revised governance approach to reporting quality and the surrounding awareness and governance. L&L Consultancy have been chosen to support the development of a fully embedded quality reporting structure and process for the Quality Committee that can be translated into the System Quality Group and support a flow of intelligence from "Place to Board". The system will support the development of reports that accurately reflect the 'new' operating expectations of system partner, with the production of reports to support the delivery of the Quality Strategy. There will be a requirement to support and coach the new quality committee chair, along with mentoring key staff to implement the newly designed process, to successfully manage the Quality Committee. L&L Consultancy have historically worked with various CCG's and Local Authorities across the local Health and Care system, and so are familiar with local workforce, geography and historical processes which enable an accelerated approach to the quality transformation.
