Queen's University Belfast (hereafter referred to as ‘the University’ or ‘QUB’) wishes to appoint an experienced Contractor for the provision of a Legionella Management Scheme throughout the University Campus.The contract covers approximately 270 buildings and the successful Contractor is to provide suitable Legionella monitoring, disinfection, cleaning, testing and management services to ensure the University's compliance with the Approved Code of Practice L8: Legionnaire's Disease — The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems and the relevant parts of HSG274 guidance.
