Descriptions
This project entails the replacement of the space heating installation (including all radiators and associated heating services pipework) in the GP Hall building and the replacement of some external underground heating services pipework from the boilerhouse to the building. Queen of Angels Primary School consists of three separate buildings; Junior School Building, Senior School Building and the GP Hall building. Works are to be only carried out in the GP Hall building. The GP Hall building is a single-storey building with an approximate floor area of 500m². Refer to the Invitation Letter and the documents attached to this advertisement for a detailed description of what works are to be completed.
