Quotation for a 10 Brl Brewery with associated equipment and including installation

We require a quotation to supply a complete 10 Brl Brew house along with five Dual Purpose Vessels (DPV’s) for an existing brewery looking to upgrade and have the equipment installed in their new premises by mid-2019. The brewery will require a full installation package along with the supply of the vessels. Also, you have the option to quote for the supply of a suitable glycol chiller with associated pipework to service the CLT and DPV’s.The outline descriptions of the individual vessels required is set out below but please get back to us with any queries regarding the vessels or fittings.All vessels should be free standing and fabricated from 304 grade stainless steel. All the brewing vessels should be fully insulated and be clad with stainless steel sheet and supplied with all necessary fittings. The Dual-Purpose Vessels should be able to be pressurised to no more than 0.5 bar.The brewery is to be powered by three-phase electricity in the form of immersion elements in the Wort Copper and Hot Liquor Tank.Details of individual items of brewplant required:1) Grist Case + HydratorTo take 350 kg Grist2) Hot Liquor Tank: Cylindrical Tank, Gross Capacity 2,250 litres.Tank to be fully enclosed with top manway access.2 x 12 kW Immersion HeatersTop Liquor Inlet, 1.5" RJTM.Bottom central outlet with 1.5" RJT union to 90° short radius bend and outlet pipe extending to front of vessel ending in a 1.5"RJTF connection.1.5" Overflow pipe.0.5" BSP socket for PT100 temperature sensorFull height sight glass.2) Cold Liquor Tank:Cylindrical Tank, Gross Capacity 2,250 litres.Tank to be fully enclosed with top manway access.Fully insulated with full length sidewall cooling jacketTop filling inlet with ball valve assembly for mains water fillingTop Liquor Inlet, 1.5" RJTM. (Option to quote).9) Installation:We are ideally looking for a turnkey installation, however at this stage we require a budget sum for supply and installation on site of all the brewplant and vessels including Heat Exchanger (to cool to 17°C), wort & water transfer pumps 3 phase, all tank fittings and all stainless-steel pipe work and control systems. A basic layout drawing can be supplied.
