Quotation for an Independent Review of Future Funding Options for the Pembrokeshire Fish Week Festiv
Descriptions
Pembrokeshire Fish Week is a tourism based festival held during the 'shoulder season' at the end of June each year; in 2010 it celebrated its tenth anniversary. The festival is organised by one full time officer and two staff working part time on the festival within the Food Team, Regeneration Division, Pembrokeshire County Council. The festival now includes over 260 activities and events featured around fish and shellfish; fish cookery demonstrations and preparation; angling; adventure and outdoor activities; waterway travel, environmental and educational activities; crafts, art and culture, and local food produce. The successful tender will be expected to identify and evaluate possible funding sources for the Pembrokeshire Fish Week festival. Using this information, the contractor will propose a funding strategy that can be implemented for the years 2012 to 2020 and which will entail no support from either Pembrokeshire CC (except core staff time) or grants from central government including EU funds.Further detail can be found in the Tender Document.
