Sandwell's Revenues and Benefits Service has already made available a wide range of online forms, many of which fully integrate to the service's core systems and automatically process information which would otherwise have been dealt with manually. The majority of our services are now accessible 24/7 and channel shift is integral to the way we work now and in the future.
