Descriptions
The Trust is looking for an initial 5 year contract, with 2 options to extend of 12 months, to provide External Cleaning Services for all 20 University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust sites.The Contractor is to provide a full management service for the external cleaning and sweeping services of all building entrances, walkways, pathways above and below ground car parks and roadways. This will include power washing, cleaning of external sign-age, application of road grit and rubbish collection. The contractor will be responsible for;The supply and replacement of all cleaning equipment together with consumables required for the completion of the contract specification.
