Range - 3 High Efficiency Large fish pans, 2 High efficiency chip pans furnished with 3 baskets, timer controls and 3 spare baskets. 2 Heated chipbox with halogen heat above and blown air below, to keep the product warm with a thermostat control. chip box also furnished with a glass door. 1 integral scrapbox, Halo lighting without hindering view area, Hot box split into 3 furnished with infrared halogen heat and ceramics along with a glass inlay across the top and mirror doors. 1100mm Ambient shelf. 2 Bain Marie, 4 cup dispensers, 2 x 1/6 toolbox to the extended lip. 1 extra batter trough a 1 hot box tray. Triple filtration, Safety cut out valves and minimum oil level indicators which are fitted to each pan. Waste oil dump tap. Fan with a fan delay timer and pressure switch LED downlighting going across the range. Delivery and fitting. Bratt Pan, Fish cabinet, fish display.
