The University of Hull (hereafter referred to as the University) is establishing a Flood Resilience Innovation Centre (FLIC) in the Humber Region. The University of Hull (hereafter referred to as the University) is establishing a Flood Resilience Innovation Centre (FLIC) in the Humber Region. FLIC will provide bespoke research and collaborative innovation services to 100 local SMEs, including 54 detailed R&D project interventions, to support the development of innovative products, processes and solutions to mitigate flood risk and improve resilience and response to flood events where complete flood prevention is impossible. Part of this facility will be dedicated to rapid prototyping PCB development, this tender covers these requirements.
