Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is seeking to establish an Approved Provider List (APL) of suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide energy efficiency measures under the new Energy Efficiency Improvement Scheme Via - Energy Company Obligation (ECO)Local Authority Flexible Eligibility (LA Flex). Only companies who can offer a comprehensive whole house approach will be selected, giving the applicant the full benefit of a full range of energy efficient solutions available under this scheme.The final list of approved Energy Installers/Contractors will be published on the Councils website and ‘Project Application Pack’ and the applicants must select and contact the Energy Installers/Contractors direct in order to submit the application. The Energy Suppliers will be the point of contact for the applicant and will ensure that each application is completed accurately and all supporting evidence is provided before it is submitted to the Authority for approval.The Approved Provider List (APL) will be an open list: applicants can apply to join during its term if the applicant satisfies the selection requirements. The APL will be open for new applications from the date of publication of the invitation to participate documents and will remain open for new applications at any time during the APLs term.
