The Buckley store building comprises a 6-bay commercial specification store building, constructed from solid block walls with cement render finish, under a profiled fibre cement roof covering supported by a timber purlins. A small electrical plant room and drying room building is attached to the western elevation; the flat roof covering to this plant room is bitumen felt on, presumably, plywood sheeting.The profiled fibre cement sheeting has deteriorated causing the roof to leak. NRW are seeking tenders for complete replacement of the fibre cement and bitumen roof coverings with double skin, insulated profiled metal sheeting.
