Lancashire County Council have a continuing requirement for the provision of reactive and planned improvement works across the Authorities property portfolio.• Reactive works covers the allocation of properties, managed by the Authority on behalf of clients, to provide urgent repair and building maintenance.• Planned maintenance works following reactive repairs or routine maintenance not covered by reactive budgets.• Planned improvement works cover projects that have already been commissioned and designed, and require a contractor to deliver to the Authorities detailed requirements
