The University of Southampton is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors, with a proven track record of running Measured Term Contracts for reactive building maintenance works at the Universities Halls of Residence and Satellite Academic Sites.The contract will initially be for a contact period of a 2 year duration, with the possibility of extending it for a further 2 years. The extension will be dependant upon a review of the contractor's performance. The EAV of this contract is in the region of 1 300 000 GBP plus and it is to be fully operational by 3.4.2015.
