The successful contractors will provide reactive maintenance services and void repair services within the North West of England.The scope of the requirement comprises the following 2 Workstreams:Responsive Maintenance, including:— Responsive Works,— Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours,— Out of Hours Emergency Works, and— Technical and Post InspectionsVoid Property Maintenance, including:— Void Property Inspections,— Capping Off Gas to Void Properties,— Void Property Works, and— Technical and Post Inspections.The work will be contained within 2 geographical lots:
