The Arts Council of Wales is the national body for funding and developing the arts in Wales with the Head Office based in Cardiff Bay.Having recently renewed the lease on the property there is a requirement to reduce current office space from 10,450 square feet to 8,250 square feet, spread over two floors.We are looking for a creative solution to reconfigure the office layout including the provision of additional meeting spaces within the reduced office area.Any solution must take account of environmental considerations with the recycling or disposal of any existing surplus furniture and fittings, and the purchase of any proposed replacements that may be needed to achieve a suitable outcome.We are seeking a full design and build solution and will require any sub-contracted works packages, or purchases to be subject to a competitive tender process where practical.High-level information will be provided if requested prior to the publication of the full notice that is planned to be issued by 31st May 2019.We reserve the right not to answer specific questions prior to this date to avoid giving any unfair advantage to any recipient(s).Detailed information relating to the tender including the scoring matrix will be included in the notice and published via Sell2Wales.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=91327.
