Undertaken as part of The Reconnecting the Wooler Water for People and Wildlife project for the restoration of 500m of river corridor up and downstream of Haugh Head ford on the Wooler Water, Wooler Northumberland. The works will create an inset floodplain, remove the ford and its associated footbridge and check weirs and regrade the river channel.
