Ingeus are seeking proposals from specialist organisations to support delivering its core objectives in relation to recruitment, consultancy, marketing and related operational support, specific to a new contract with DWP. The organisations will provide support and consultancy that helps Ingeus understand the rationale behind any strategic or tactical recommendations, as well as providing proactive recommendations that help plan for long term growth. In the short term, the focus will be to help build a picture of the candidates, their respective paths through media channels and media touchpoints in order to ensure that Ingeus is set up for success. The organisations need to develop an outline proposition that helps Ingeus use media intelligently to target passive candidates, as well as optimising the channel mix for active ones.
