Recruitment of Permanent Risk Management Roles

HS2 Ltd have an urgent requirement to recruit permanent Risk Management staff to support key programme milestones. HS2 require a specialist recruitment agency to conduct an extensive search of the market in order to attract the best talent, including passive candidates within a timescale of eight weeks commencing from the 13th July 2015. Suppliers will need to pre-qualify and submit a detailed tender response by 12:00 Noon, 2nd July 2015. Suppliers are required to clearly explain how they have conducted similar searches across the UK and specifically outside the rail and construction industry to source talent. This must be accompanied by case studies and evidence of previous experience highlighting how previous campaigns have been completed successfully delivering the clients brief. Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) is extremely important to HS2 Ltd and we are conscious of the industry challenges. Suppliers will be required to submit examples of reaching out to traditionally under represented sectors of society, such as women, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates and those requiring innovative and flexible ways of working. ED&I policies and practices are to be presented within the tender to demonstrate the suppliers capability to meet HS2 required standards. The supplier’s demonstrable ability to meet the project milestones, including the capability and capacity of the delivery team must provide HS2 Ltd the confidence in the supplier’s ability to fulfil this requirement. All documentation submitted must be verifiable through testimonials or references if required.
